All of our products are 'made to order' resulting in different lead times.
If the piece is in stock, we ship immediately, but if we do not have the item in stock kindly note that each piece is individually made and requires a 1 – 6 week shipping window.
'Express shipping' will not speed the lead time but will speed up the delivery time once shipped.
Please note that some items can be rushed while others cannot. For rush orders or to confirm lead time on a particular item please send us a message via Etsy.
CLEANING & CARE
To extend the life of jewelry we recommend taking off your jewelry before showering, applying lotion, perfume, exercising, washing dishes, swimming, etc.
To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to remove any dirt. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steamers, or ultrasonic machines.
Protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces especially pieces with pearls, gemstones, and/or enamel.
We care about quality & craftsmanship - Fine jewelry is delicate & should be cared for accordingly. However, we are not responsible for repair costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
We, at Ellie & Erie, want you to love your purchase. For any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please refer to the policy below.
We must be notified of any Returns/Exchanges within 3 days of receipt.
All Returns /Exchanges require approval.
All Custom orders ( engraved pieces, custom lengths, custom orders, sale items, discounted items, are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or given store credit, upon approval.
Kindly note all our Chains & Bracelets are considered custom, due to them being handcrafted to order.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
WHAT WE OFFER WITH OUR BEADED NECKLACES
We offer ONE Year of free re-stringing to any beaded necklace purchased at my shop. Please note shipping is not included in the free restringing. You will be responsible for shipping your items to me in a secure manner. Shipping address and packaging instructions will be provided once order is placed via email within 24 hours in order it was received. Highly recommend signature required. Lead may take 4 to 6 weeks.
